What Kind of Gifts Does The Holiday Patrol provide?

Why Do You Provide Gift Categories Instead of Specific Gift Items?
The Holiday Patrol is not an online store, it is a service.

Are All Of The Gifts Brand New?
Yes.

Are Any Of the Gifts Refurbished Or Reconditioned?
No.  All merchandise we provide are BRAND NEW.

What Quality Are Your Gifts?
All of our gifts are great quality!
Where do you get your gifts?
The Holiday Patrol has amazing shoppers who are sent to shop at great quality, reputable stores such as "Bath & Body Works", "Zales", "Saphora", "KBToys", "Radio Shack", etc., plus from amazing wholesellers and is then stocked in inventory ready for our next member's order.

If I select a "Spa Gift Certificate" as a gift for my family member, how will you know which spa is closest to their residence?
We go by the zip code nearest to your recipient.

Can I Choose or Suggest A Specific Gift Myself?
No.  You may choose a gift option from any category; then we, The Holiday Patrol, will select and professionally gift-wrap (if applicable) the gift.

Why Can’t I Choose A Specific Gift?
At The Holiday Patrol, we try to keep things as smooth as possible.  If we were to try and search for every specific gift for ever one of our members, it would be very time consuming and unsuccessful.  On the contrary, this is why we provide you with categories, so you may have the option to select the kind of gift you’re giving your  friends or loved ones.  This keeps everything running smooth and everyone happy.

Does Every Gift Have A Warrantee?
Most of the gifts we provide have warrantees.  It depends on the gift.

Is There Any Way You Can Let Me Know What Gift(s) My Friends Or Loved Once Received?
Yes.  We will provide you with the complete gift description and when it was delievered.

Can A Gift Be Exchanged?
Yes, only if damaged or defective.  Gifts are exchangable for the same item with no exceptions.  There is a 14 day window for damaged or defective gifts to arrive back to The Holiday Patrol.

Can A Gift Be Refunded If Damaged or Defective?
No Refunds.  We will only exchange.

What If My Recipient Already Has the Same Gift That You’ve Provided Them?
Unfortunately, things like this do happen, but we are not obligated to provide them with a replacement gift if this situation were to occur.

Can the Gift Be Mailed To Me So I Can Personally Give It ?
Sure.

What About Me?  Can I Have Gifts Sent To Myself?
Of course!


What Are Your Payment Options?
At the present time, we only accept PayPal. It is the most safe and secure payment method online.  (Businesses have the exception to pay by check.)

Is Each Package A One-Time Fee?
Yes.

I Don’t Have A PayPal Account. How Do I Get One And Is It Free?
Yes, obtaining a PayPal account is completely FREE and easy.  To open an account with PayPal just go to http://www.paypal.com and click on "Sign Up". PayPal has made it easy for new users to create a verified PayPal account within minutes.

Is each Package A Contract?
Yes.  When you purchase a package from us, you are confirming that you’ve read, understood and accept the “Terms & Conditions”.  Accepting the “Terms & Conditions” confirms the package contract.

When Is The Contract Completed And Are There Any Deadlines?
The contract is completed once you’ve used up all of the holidays in your package.  You have up to one year to the date to do so. 

How Soon After I Purchase A Package Can I Start Having Gifts Mailed Out? 
You may begin having gifts mailed out as early as 7 days after you’ve purchased your package!

Do You Send Out Holiday Reminders?
Yes.  We send every member of The Holiday Patrol "Holiday Reminders" the first of every month via email.  In addition, feel free to call or email us to place an order at any time during business hours.

Shipping

Is Every Gift Gift-Wrapped?
Yes.  Every gift that is able to be gift wrapped will be done professionally, sealed and delivered.

Is Every Gift Shipping-Insured?
Yes.

Who Is Your Shipping Provider?
We use UPS, FedEx, andUSPS for shipping.
Do You Ship To P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO?
Unfortunately, not. 

Do You Ship Outside Of the USA?
Yes!  We are excited to announce that we now ship internationally.

Do You Provide Tracking Numbers For Every Gift?
Yes. We will email you your confirmation number once the gift has been shipped.

Who Receives The Tracking Number, Me or My Recipient?
Only The Holiday Patrol members will receive tracking numbers.

How Long Should It Take For Gift(s) To Arrive To My Recipient’s Location?
The recipient should receive their gift the day of, or a few days before the selected Holiday [date] (depending on postal) provided by The Holiday Patrol member. 

Will My Recipient Need To Sign For The Mailed Package?
Yes.

What Happens If My Recipient Rejects The Package?
Once the package is sent back to us, we will first contact The Holiday Patrol member, then ship it to the member’s address.

If The Package Is Denied By The Recipient, Can You Ship It To Another One Of My Friends Or Loved Ones?
No.  The package will be shipped to The Holiday Patrol member.  It is then the member’s choice to ship the package to whomever they wish.

How Soon Do I Have To Put In An Order For It To Be Delivered On Time?
We require at least one (1) week (7 days) notice for your order to arrive on time if you are in the United States, two (2) weeks notice for Canada, and three (3) weeks for all other countries.
